These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and yyy999 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "yyy999") governing your access to and use of the yyy999 website, accessible at https://yyy999.cam, and all associated services, products, betting markets, games, and features made available through the Platform.

yyy999 is an online betting and live casino information platform primarily serving Pakistani players. The Platform offers cricket betting, sports wagering, live casino games, slot titles, table games and related responsible gambling resources. All content is intended for informational and entertainment purposes.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of this Agreement by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

Your acceptance of these Terms is additionally subject to the following representations:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's applicable licence jurisdiction.

Access to the Platform and creation of an Account is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required under the laws of the jurisdiction applicable to your place of residence or the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater. yyy999 enforces age verification through its KYC process.
• One Account Per Person: Each player may hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate, secondary or shared accounts are strictly prohibited and will be subject to immediate termination and forfeiture of balances in accordance with Section 11.
• Accurate Information: All registration information must be truthful, accurate and current. You must promptly update your Account information if it changes. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not attempt to register an Account while subject to a self-exclusion order placed through yyy999 or any affiliated platform. Circumventing a self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter contracts and must not be subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement or vulnerability classification that would render your participation inappropriate.

To access betting markets, casino games and financial functions on the Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. During registration, you will be required to provide:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document.
• A valid email address that you own and can access.
• Your date of birth, which must confirm you meet the minimum age requirement.
• A secure password of sufficient complexity as directed by the Platform's password policy.
• Any additional information required by the KYC process as detailed in Section 6.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. yyy999 will treat all actions taken through your Account as authorised by you unless you have reported a security breach to our support team promptly.

If you suspect that your Account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation, you must contact yyy999 support immediately via the contact details provided in Section 17. yyy999 will investigate and may temporarily suspend the Account pending resolution.

In order to protect the integrity of the Platform, comply with applicable AML obligations and confirm the eligibility of players, yyy999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players may be required to complete KYC verification before withdrawals are processed, at defined deposit thresholds, or at any point where the Platform reasonably requires confirmation of identity.

Standard KYC documentation requirements may include, but are not limited to:

• Identity Document: A valid, unexpired Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport, clearly photographed with all four corners visible and no detail obscured.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement or official government correspondence dated within the preceding three months, showing your full name and current residential address.
• Selfie / Liveness Check: A photograph or live video verification matching your face against your submitted identity document, completed through the secure in-platform verification flow.
• Source of Funds: For large transactions or where AML processes are triggered, documentation evidencing the legitimate source of deposited funds, such as payslips, bank statements or business registration documents.

yyy999 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals, suspend the Account, or terminate the Account where KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed within a reasonable period. No winnings generated during an unverified period are forfeited solely by reason of the verification requirement, but they remain subject to the successful completion of verification before release.

All deposits and withdrawals on yyy999 are subject to the current cashier terms displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction. The following general provisions apply to all financial transactions:

7.1 Deposits

• All deposited funds must originate from a payment method legally registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• yyy999 does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method. Available options are displayed in the live cashier and may change without advance notice.
• Deposits are credited to the Account balance upon confirmation from the payment processor. yyy999 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Payment method names familiar to Pakistani users — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be referenced for guidance. These providers do not endorse, approve or facilitate gambling on this Platform. Players must independently verify provider availability, fees, limits and applicable policy before transacting.

7.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. No withdrawal will be processed for an unverified Account.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit funds and registered in the player's name, subject to the Platform's current withdrawal methods.
• Processing timelines are indicative and may vary. yyy999 does not guarantee specific processing times as these depend on third-party payment processors.
• yyy999 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request, particularly where AML triggers are identified.
• Bonus-funded winnings may be subject to additional wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established, as detailed in the applicable bonus terms.

yyy999 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback promotions and other incentive schemes to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the individual terms published at the time of the promotion, which take precedence over any generalised bonus guidance on this page.

The following general bonus provisions apply across all yyy999 promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements which must be met in full before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x) and are detailed in each promotion's specific terms.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute at a higher rate than live casino or sports markets. Contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms.
• Minimum Qualifying Odds: Where a bonus applies to sports betting, minimum qualifying odds thresholds apply. Wagers placed below the minimum qualifying odds will not contribute to wagering requirements.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds not wagered before the expiry will be forfeited without compensation. The expiry date is displayed in the Account's bonus section.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each player is eligible for each promotional offer once only, unless the promotion terms expressly provide otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through duplicate accounts or related households will result in bonus forfeiture.
• Abuse Prevention: yyy999 reserves the right to void bonuses, recover credited amounts and suspend Accounts where evidence of bonus abuse, collusion or exploitation of promotional mechanics is identified.

All betting and gaming activity on the Platform is subject to yyy999's current product-specific rules, which are published within each relevant betting market or game interface. The following general provisions govern all wagering activity:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only accepted and confirmed when the Platform displays an explicit confirmation message and the stake is deducted from the Account balance. In cases of technical interruption, only confirmed bets are considered valid.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games. Current limits are displayed within each market or game at the time of wagering.
• Void Bets: yyy999 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including, but not limited to, obvious pricing errors, event cancellation, data feed failure or clear fraud. Voided bets result in return of the original stake.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) betting markets are subject to rapid odds fluctuations. Bets submitted during a market suspension or odds change may be rejected or offered at revised odds. yyy999 is not responsible for connection latency that results in a bet being submitted after market closure.
• Casino RNG: Random number generator (RNG) casino games operate under certified mathematical models. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are illustrative of long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Cricket and Sports Markets: Cricket match betting, including PSL, T20 internationals and ICC tournament markets, is governed by yyy999's sports betting rules, which address match abandonment, Duckworth-Lewis method outcomes, player substitutions and other cricket-specific event rules.
• Errors and System Faults: In the event of a manifest error in odds, game settings or payout calculations caused by a technical fault, yyy999 reserves the right to void affected transactions and restore Account balances to their pre-error state.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Breach of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Opening, operating or using more than one Account on the Platform, whether in your own name or through associated individuals.
• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable registration information, including age, identity or payment method ownership.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraudulent activity or any financial crime.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, loopholes or pricing errors to gain unfair financial advantage.
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts or any software that artificially generates wagers without direct human input.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game or match outcomes.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or from a payment method not legally owned by the account holder.
• Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion order by creating a new Account or re-registering under a different identity.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing yyy999 staff, support agents or other users through any communication channel.

yyy999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including any prohibited conduct listed in Section 10.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Identification of fraudulent activity, AML triggers or money laundering risk indicators.
• Compliance with a legal obligation, court order or regulatory direction.
• Where yyy999 determines that continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the player, to other players or to the Platform's integrity.
• Circumvention of a responsible gambling self-exclusion request.

Where an Account is terminated for breach of these Terms, any bonus-derived balance and any winnings generated through prohibited conduct may be forfeited. Real money deposits not subject to ongoing investigation may be returned to the player's verified payment method, at yyy999's sole discretion and subject to AML clearance.

Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at the email address listed in Section 17. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding self-exclusion requests.

yyy999 is committed to providing a safe, responsible and transparent gambling environment. Gambling is intended as entertainment and must not be used as a means to address financial difficulties, debts or psychological distress. The following responsible gambling tools are available to all players through the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you after a defined duration of continuous play. These reminders are not automatic session terminations but prompt you to review your activity.
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary restriction on your Account for a specified period (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days). During a cooling-off period, you cannot place wagers but may withdraw available balances.
• Self-Exclusion: Request indefinite or defined-period self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are acted upon promptly. Once self-excluded, you must not attempt to open a new Account. Self-exclusion is not reversed without a formal review process and mandatory cooling-off period.

By accessing the Platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing or transmitting any Platform content without prior written authorisation from yyy999.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling or otherwise attempting to extract source code from any part of the Platform.
• Creating derivative works based on Platform content, design or functionality.
• Using Platform content for commercial purposes, including scraping odds data for redistribution.
• Removing or altering any copyright notices, trademarks or other proprietary markings.

Any unauthorised use of Platform intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, yyy999, its officers, directors, employees, agents and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary loss or damage arising from:

• Financial losses incurred as a result of placing wagers on the Platform, including losses from sports betting, casino games or any other wagerable product.
• Platform unavailability, technical interruptions, server downtime or loss of internet connectivity.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorised access to an Account resulting from a player's failure to maintain credential security.
• Any reliance placed on odds, information, statistics or data presented on the Platform.
• Force majeure events beyond yyy999's reasonable control, including government actions, network disruptions, natural events or civil unrest.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by yyy999's negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter where exclusion of liability is not permitted by applicable law.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is incorporated or licensed, as published in the Platform's official licensing documentation where applicable.

Pakistani users are reminded that they are subject to applicable Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and any other statutes, ordinances, regulations or directives that may apply to online gambling activity in their jurisdiction. yyy999 does not represent that its services are lawful in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for their own legal compliance.

Any formal disputes between players and yyy999 shall be submitted to the dispute resolution process outlined in the Platform's current terms and may be subject to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction specified in the operator's licensing terms.

yyy999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended provision, you must cease using the Platform and may contact support to request voluntary Account closure.
